Yesterday's call

Yesterday my call was No trade. I said: My call: No trade. Nothing I can see in this morning's news or diary points to a fall, so I'm standing aside from a short.

I was right. The market was up a lot.

My call

My call: Short. Taking the overnight news and the diary together, I lean to a softer London session, which suits a short. How sure: fairly. What would change my mind: a clearly better turn in the news before London opens.

Last night I said No trade for the open. For the full day to the close, my call is Short.
